Easy Returns
Customer satisfaction is our number one goal.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receipt, for a full credit card refund or store credit. All returned merchandise must be in its original sellable condition with all the original manufacturer material. Items that show signs of use are not eligible for return and will be returned to sender at the discretion of Eyegoodies. Shipping fees are non-refundable. In the rare case that you receive a wrong or defective item, it must be reported to Eyegoodies within 48 hours of receipt with a photo. Sale merchandise is only returnable for store credit (unless otherwise noted). Frames that have been fitted with prescription lenses or custom tinted lenses are non-refundable or exchangeable.
Return Instructions:
- Follow the instructions provided in your Return Authorization email.
- Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. Once issued, allow 1-2 billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement; as every credit card has different posting cycles.
